There are other REM and non-REM sleep disorders that result in jerking of the legs and arms, sometimes vivid dreams or nightmares that disrupt sleep. We use cannabis therapy for a variety of reasons in those patients with sleep disorders. But it’s important to talk with the patient and find out what is the issue with sleep. That’s what we do here in the clinic. We diagnose patients and then we provide the proper treatment. Sometimes patients need inhalation therapy to get to sleep.
