Let’s get into it: Reason #1. You May Be Losing Inches and Not Pounds Right Now We expect scale weight loss to be perfectly linear and a steady progression all the way to our goals. Like we are happily skiing down a mountain all the way down to our perfect weight. Weight loss is not like that… Scale weight loss often looks more like Driving an ATV through Jurassic park. Lots of peaks, valleys, and a little bit of craziness around every turn… This is exactly why you need to weight AND measure yourself.
