Evenly divide the mixture and wrap them in the cabbage 4. Place the cabbage mandus in a pan on medium-high heat and add water. Optionally, you can add a dash of tuna liquid stock (or fish sauce). Cover it with a lid and cook it for 7:30 minutes. 5. While the mandu is cooking, prepare the dipping sauce.
