That said, the first thing I must say is that losing fat from ONLY your face is virtually impossible. A much better approach is to focus on overall body fat reduction. In reducing overall body fat, you will lose fat from your face as well! When it comes to losing body fat, my #1 recommendation is that you ditch the American Diet... and switch to the Primal (or Paleo) Diet. The Primal/Paleo Diets do not contain modern disease causing agents, and they help to balance the hormones in your body which almost always leads to a significant amount of body fat loss. The Primal Diet basically consists of meats from grass-fed animals, wild fish, raw dairy, vegetables, some fruit, nuts, seeds, and coconut products. (The Paleo Diet is virtually identical, though it tends to omit raw dairy products). In regards to exercises, high intensity exercise is the most effective way to lose body fat. In other words, you will burn-off more body fat running sprints for 4 or 5 minutes than you will taking a long, slow jog through your neighborhood for an hour!
