The wear on the bottom of your shoes also will reduce the grip they have on the ground, making it easier to slip and fall. The second tip is to drink lots of water. Your body is about 50% water. Water helps to cleanse the body was well as keep you hydrated and looking fresh. Water keeps your brain, heart, and kidneys functioning properly. The first exercise shown in the video is running. Running is a very basic exercise that many people do. The only things you need for this is a place to run, water, and good shoes. Running keeps your heart strong and boosts your metabolism for fat burning. The second exercise is biking. For this, you either need a stationary bike machine or an actual bicycle. They both work the same way, but no matter what; make sure that you're staying hydrated. The bicycle exercise is very good for the knees and backs. One thing to consider is that because you're sitting down to use a bike, you're not burning as many calories as if you were running. The third exercise is a stair stepper which is also great for the knees. This exercise builds muscle in the thighs as well as burning fat and calories, giving multiple benefits for one exercise. The next exercise shown is jumping on a trampoline. When jumping, don't jump too high. Shorter jumps give you more exercise than if you were to take big leaps. The fifth exercise is yoga. Yoga is good for increasing flexibility and the range of motion that your body has. Many people also use yoga to relax their bodies and minds. A strong mind makes for a strong body. Adding yoga into your routine can benefit you when doing the rest of your exercises by stretching and relaxing your muscles, also reducing soreness.
