5 Meals I Recommend for Anyone Wanting to Lose Fat 🔥💪 Here are my go-to meals for a full day of eating that make losing weight enjoyable and simple: Breakfast: Egg Taco 1 egg + 1 cup of egg whites, mixed veggies on a carb balance tortilla. Top it with salsa and a slice of avocado! Lunch: Burger Bowl 96/4 lean ground beef, served on roasted potatoes with lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Pair it with apples and almond butter! Snack: Turkey Wrap Sliced turkey breast on a carb balance tortilla with cheese, lettuce, and mustard. Dinner: Fish! Salmon with rice and broccoli. Dessert: Protein Pudding 1 Fairlife protein shake mixed with a pack of sugar-free instant pudding. Top it with strawberries and whipped cream. These 5 meals make up a full day of eating that’s simple, satisfying, and supports weight loss. The portion sizes depend on your body size and goals, but for women, aim for at least 25-30g of protein at every meal.
