It can be hard to lose bellyfat and many websites and products claim to have a super easy solution. Unfortunately, easy solutions for losing weight or fat super fast do not exist. However it is possible to lose fat, have fun and feel healthy at the same time. It takes more effort but i'm sure that with these steps you will be able to do it! STEP ONE This may sound simplistic but eat healthy. If you have a hard time figuring what is healthy and what is not just keep a few simple rules in mind. Buy food that is unprocessed. Although there are many products that are good for you in the supermarket, there are also many bogus products. Some "healthy" products are not that good for you. Keep it simple, buy vegetables, grains, fruit etcetera. Make sure that you have breakfast everyday. There are many studies that show a correlation between being overweight and not eating breakfast. Don't worry, you will burn it throughout the day! Also make sure that you limit your calorie intake. This is absolutely crucial in losing bellyfat. You have to burn more than you take in. But don't overdo it! Reduce your calories by a third maximum. STEP TWO Move. Get of your ass! I know. You are very busy and just can't find the time. That's ridiculous. Take the stairs, ride a bike, walk small distances that you would normally take your car for. Walking is the key. If you don't have time to go to a gym or to go jogging, make sure you walk more! If you do have more time make sure to build up a routine. Don't start of exercising heavily everyday. When you do exercise make sure to include interval training, cardio and resistance training. Building muscles might seem like a bad idea but muscles burn fat. You will lose that belly fat way faster! Don't overdo the crunches though, your belly may seem bigger from doing crunches while you still have a lot of fat around your waist. STEP THREE Rest. Make sure that you get enough sleep. More and more studies show that there is a correlation between belly fat and sleep deprivation. Make sure to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a day. Especially when you start exercising you will need the sleep. STEP FOUR Stay motivated. This is the most difficult step. Losing belly fat is going to take time. But remember: all great achievements require time. It can really help to tell people that are close to you that you are trying to eat healthy and exercise more. It will give you some social pressure. Finding a friend who wants to lose some fat too can help out a lot. Exercise together. Keep each other updated on the progress etcetera. That's it. Now go lose that fat. It's hard work and remember that whatever people try to tell you: there is no super easy way.
