Any why is it so effective? Well, first of all, what it is, is manipulating your hormones, to target fat cells. So, how do you do that? Okay, by making few simple tweaks to your nutrition. Some explain what that method, it is called, Cyclic ketogenic diet or in simple terms it's called carb cycling. And it's very simple…on some day you're eating high protein, high fat diet. And on other days you're eating high protein, high carb diet.
