Plus black tea with lemon. Dinner: Mixed Vegetable soup sprinkled with pepper and salt to taste. 2 chappatis with sabji / 2 dosas/ 2 idliy Needless to say Sheetal was able to reduce her weight by 5 pound first month and overall 40 pounds in a period of seven months .Naturally, she was over the moon when I met her recently and was happy to inform me that she is getting married shortly.
