Diesmal musste ich immer wieder mal meinen „Senf“ dazu geben, damit du trotzdem durchhältst (oder musste ich mich sogar selbst motivieren :P ) …. eeegal! Meine Lieben, dieses Anfänger Workout macht Spaß! Probiert es einfach aus 😊 Wir brauchen keine Geräte, kein Equipment, noch nicht mal eine Sportmatte – jegliche Ausreden haben wir somit aus dem Weg geräumt. Was wir jedoch brauchen ist ein Sportoutfit, indem wir uns wohl fühlen. Jede Übung powern wir 40 Sekunden lang durch. Zwischen den Übungen erwartet dich eine 20-sekündige Pause, um dich von der Belastung zu erholen. Stell dir auch gerne etwas zu trinken bereit. Falls du mehr Pausen brauchst - NIMM SIE DIR ♥️ Hör auf deinen Körper und arbeite mit ihm - & niemals gegen ihn. Das solltest du noch wissen: Es liegt mir sehr am Herzen, dass sich niemand, absolut niemand, durch meine Workouts schlechter fühlt.
