But if you don't like the idea of throwing away food than you can give it away - donate it to the food bank, or give it to a homeless person on the street corner, just get it out of your house so you can't eat it. Then I want you to go grocery shopping and stock your kitchen with quality nutritious foods that you know you should be eating. Stuff like vegetables, fruits, lean meats, eggs, oatmeal, rice, quinoa, berries, nuts, seeds, etc. Basically high quality nutrient dense natural unprocessed foods that will fill you up with fuel and energy without all the empty fattening calories of processed foods.
