Weight loss is only about 20% exercise; the other 80% is nutrition. You can’t out-run or out-exercise your fork. "There are two different types of exercise levels: NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) and EAT (Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). NEAT is the voluntary and unconscious stuff that you can do that’s not really exercise but helps your body burn calories. You can add a little bit of activity, like standing, which burns more calories than sitting. So, if you have a desk job consider doing some of your work standing. "How about strolling? When you get to Publix, try parking farther away from the front door so you’re adding a little bit of exercise. "The worst modern invention that ever came about was the remote control. Remember getting up from your chair to change the TV? We don’t do that anymore; we just point and click. Then there's the dishwasher: you'll burn more calories standing at the sink and washing dishes rather than throwing them in the dishwasher. "Doing these little things on a daily basis, you would burn about 200 extra calories without even thinking about it. That’s going to come into play when you’re starting to lose weight." ( Diet after Delivery) काफी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी देने वाली है। डिलीवरी के बाद हमें प्रश्न पड़ता है की हम क्या खाये क्योकि हमारी धारणा रहती है की हम जो खाते है वह सीधे बेबी को चला जाता है। इस बारेमें बोहोत सारे myths भी होते है , जिसके कारण माँ पे हमेशा pressure बना रहता है की डिलीवरी के बाद क्या खाना चाहिए और क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए ? ताकि हमारे शिशु का पोषण अच्छी तरह से रहे। तो जानते है ऑपरेशन डिलीवरी के बाद क्या खाना चाहिए ? (what to eat after delivery) डिलीवरी के बाद क्या खाना चाहिए ? (delivery ke baad kya khana chahiye) -Delivery के बाद माँ का digestion system थोड़ा कमजोर हो जाता है। माँ के immunity की strength थोड़ी कम हो जाती है इसलिए माँ को Small and frequent meals पे ध्यान देना चाहिए। -माँ को नियमित पानी का सेवन करना चाहिए। दिन में ८-१० ग्लास पानी पीना चाहिए। उसके साथ ही साथ माँ नारियल पानी , घरमे बनाये हुए फ्रूट जूस बिना शक्कर के , छांच (butter milk ) ले। -Lactation के वक्त calcium और iron की जरुरत बढ़ जाती है। इस वक्त supplementation के साथ , खाने के sources भी अच्छे होने चाहिए। क्योकि lactation के वक्त calorie intake भी बढ़ जाता है। -अपनी energy बनाये रखने केलिए milk और milk products का सेवन कर सकते है। हरी पत्तेदार सब्जी का दुगने मात्रा में सेवन करना चाहिए। drumsticks , गवार जैसे सब्जिया कहानी चाहिए क्योकि उसमे fiber होता है। इसके साथ ही साथ legumes जैसे की छिलके वाली दाल , उड़त दाल। हम जो कहते है वह सीधा बेबी के पास नहीं जाता , यह एक भ्रम है। हमारे बुजुर्ग माँ को delivery के बाद घी घने की सलाह देते है जो अच्छा है पर यह मात्रा में सेवन करना चाहिए। उससे अच्छा माँ को Omega-3 fatty acid का सेवन करना चाहिए क्योकि उससे बेबी का brain development हो जाता है। Omega-3 हमे अक्रोड , flax seeds , राजमा , peas और हरी पत्तेदार सब्जिया , और अगर नॉन वेज हो तो मच्छी boil या ग्रिल की हुई , इसके साथ ही साथ omega 3 supplementation ले सकते है। डिलीवरी के बाद क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए ? (foods to avoid after delivery) -चाय , caffeine , alcohol और aeriated drinks ना ले। -इसके साथ ही processed food , canned food , canned juices ये हमे lactation में नहीं लेने है। -मसालेदार खाना थोड़ा कम खाना चाहिए। -तेल और तली हुई चीज़े कम खानी है। -Bakery food strictly टालना चाहिए उसके साथ साथ मीठा खाना जैसे की मिठाईया कम कहानी चाहिए। For more information, watch the full video.
