Mounjaro Weight Loss Diaries My Weekly Exercise
Week 4 of my Mounjaro Journey including how I'm feeling/side affects, what I ate and how much weight I lost, if any.. Current dose of Mounjaro 2.5mg Age 66 Height: 5ft 4 inches (162.56cms) Starting BMI: 34.2 Starting weight: 14st 3lbs / 199lbs / 90.265kg Week 1 ~ 13st.9lbs (-7.4lbs) Week 2 ~ 13st 8.1lbs (-1.5lbs) Week 3 ~ 13st 7.6lbs (-.5lbs) Total loss so far - 9.4lbs Week 4 ~ ??? Results in the video :) For some time now I have been thinking about starting this form of weight loss treatment. I have looked into it and the other alternatives that are available in the UK and after watching several videos and read up on it I have decided to go for Mounjaro. This is a licensed drug to help treat obesity in the UK for which I am paying for privately and hopeful that in time it will improve my overall health.
