Now rest for 20 seconds. 1:10 - Broad Jumps for 30 seconds: Standing in place with your head looking forward to the horizon, squat down. With your weight in your heels, jump forward to a comfortable yet safe distance from your start position and land. Make sure not to fall forward; if you are, then shorten the distance you are jumping.
