So, if you're someone who can't or doesn't want to perform squats and/or deadlifts for whatever reason, you're likely not missing out on anything from a hormonal perspective. Your best bet is to just get yourself onto the most well structured overall muscle building program that you can, train hard, focus on progressive overload, and let the hormonal aspect take care of itself. It's true that squats increase testosterone levels and that deadlifts increase testosterone as well (just as all forms of intense resistance training do), but not to a high enough degree that it has any actionable application to your overall bodybuilding program.
