I just want to get my beach body ready for the Summer this year. Goals that have an expiration date are always more susceptible to being terminated once that date has passed. What you did to get your body to the goal must be sustained if you want to keep the results long after reaching the goal. Choose internal motivators that aren't attached to a specific date for this reason.
