Whereas, said infection is asymptomatic in most people. Studies show that eradication of Hpylori is shown to reverse diabetes in 30% of diabetics. Whereas,said studies claim Hpylori is one of the main causes of Diabetes along with Staphylococcus aureus. Generally many people infected with Hpylori go undiagnosed for years because the lab testing simply is inadequate to detect. If you look at the requirements of taking the breath test and what you have to do before taking the test, I would expect over 95% of the people do not comply. The test clearly states that the person must do all of the suggested recommendations in order for the test to work. The requirements are so radical, most if not all physicians do not even make the patient comply with all the requirements. The delayed gastrointestinal emptying induced by Ozempic changes the Bacteroidetes/Firmicutes ratio inducing a positive environment for HPylori to grow. This is especially true when the bacteria is colonizing intracellular. Sugar fasting stimulates FGF21 synthesis including helps to reverse FGF21 resistance. FGF21 acts on the microbiome to restore a proper and positive Bacteroidetes/Firmcutes ratio that most likely helps defend against and or eradicate Hpylori infection. Now other people could get different results because I also initiated a High Dose Vitamin D3 protocol taking over 20,000ius/day and getting in the sun for 30 minutes each day. This protocol helped me get my vitamin d3 levels to 144. Whereas, I began losing weight rapidly when I got my vitamin D3 levels over 100. Vitamin D3 is the body’s control over the immune system including being one of the main nutrients/hormones that balance the microbiome. Vitamin d3 also controls bile acid production and homeostasis that also is a mechanism to control proper gut microbiome. Vitamin D3 also helps prevent pancreatic insufficiency. All of the aforementioned are necessary to maintain proper ratios of good and bad bacteria. Vitamin D3 deficiency is one of the causes of HPylori infection and high dose vitamin D3 has shown to help eradicate said pathogen. However, HPylori and staphylococcus have evolved to become antibiotic resistant and invade the body via intracellular infection. This is why traditional antibiotics therapy against HPylori doesn’t work, and the reinfection rate is close to over 90% if you talk to physicians who treat said pathogen. Maybe the combination of the sugar fasting diet and vitamin d3 helped to reverse the side effects. There will need to be studies to confirm these personal results. Nevertheless, FGF21s actions on the gut microbiome are going to help restore proper ratios of GI bacteria. The proper GI bacteria produce short chain fatty acids like propionate, acetate, butyrate that kill and or minimize bad bacteria that contribute to obesity, insulin resistance and hyperlipidemia. Sugar fasting is a natural alternative and or natural option for Ozempic and GLP-1 medications. Foods like Fruits, honey, maple syrup are food alternatives for Ozempic and achieve similar results without all of the side effects of Ozempic and or GLP-1 prescriptions.
