Any arm work that you do will just help to build your arm muscles and give them more of a toned look when the fat goes away. Diet for Losing Arm Fat When it comes to how you can lose fat on your arms, skip "fad" diets or "crash" diets that promise you will lose weight overnight. Let's face it - these types of diets just don't work. Not only that, but they can actually make it harder for you to lose fat (and thus lose your arm fat) by slowing down your metabolism. Instead, opt for a diet that gives your body the nutrients it needs, that allows you to eat more than 3 times a day and that let's you pick the foods that are on the menu so that you will like everything you have to eat.
