This makes it really hard to tap into fat even when you do things correctly. When you’re on the right eating plan, and you decrease your frequency of eating, it could take time to fix this switch. The key is sticking to it until the switch is fixed, so you can tap into the fat and lose weight. The best thing to do is to focus on other indicators of health.
