Candida is often present during mold exposure and the best way to heal it within days is to avoid fats and go for the juicy fruits combined with greens. If you can buy fresh produce, go for fresh above anything else. High water content fruits are the most effective. Greens can regulate the blood sugar at first. Avoiding dried fruits such as dates at first is necessary.
